This policy covers partstock.net (the website and inquiry service) and the internal automation tools we use to publish video content to the YouTube channels we own (PartStock Electronics and 豪声音).

1. What our YouTube tools do

Our internal tools use the YouTube Data API Services to upload videos that we produced ourselves to YouTube channels that we own, and to read basic metadata and performance statistics for those same channels and videos. They are used by us only, and never to access, modify, or collect data from any other user’s YouTube account or channel.

2. Information we collect

• Inquiry form: the details you voluntarily submit (company name, contact method, part number, quantity and message) so that we can answer your sourcing request.
• YouTube tools: OAuth credentials and technical logs stored on our own machines. No personal data is collected from third parties.
• Website analytics: aggregate visit data. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

3. How we use information

Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and to forward it to the relevant supplier or partner when that is necessary to answer it. Our YouTube tools process only our own channel data, for publishing and reporting.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer your information to outside parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with a supplier or partner strictly to fulfil your sourcing request, or when required by law.

Google API data: our tools’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry data at any time by email, and we will act on the request.

6. Cookies

The website uses only functional storage required for search and form submission. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
